Job Summary
Buckhead Pet Pals is Atlanta’s original premium dog walking and cat sitting company, serving Metro Atlanta since 1998. We are seeking a detail-oriented, people-first Client Services Manager to manage client communication, daily scheduling, and new sitter onboarding.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage client communication via email, phone, and scheduling software
- Create and maintain efficient daily schedules for pet sitters
- Support sitters and assist with coverage when needed
- Coordinate onboarding and training of new pet sitters
- Maintain accurate client and sitter records
- Support general office operations
- 3+ years administrative or office management experience
- Experience scheduling staff in a service-based business
- Proficient in Excel, Word, and Gmail
- Comfortable learning and using scheduling software
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Lives within Buckhead, Brookhaven, or Sandy Springs area
- Able to work in-office during business hours
- Pet industry or service-industry experience
- Experience onboarding or training new hires
- Familiarity with Atlanta neighborhoods
- Social media and AI/ChatGPT experience
- $18–$20 per hour (based on experience)
