Job Summary

Buckhead Pet Pals is Atlanta’s original premium dog walking and cat sitting company, serving Metro Atlanta since 1998. We are seeking a detail-oriented, people-first Client Services Manager to manage client communication, daily scheduling, and new sitter onboarding.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage client communication via email, phone, and scheduling software
  • Create and maintain efficient daily schedules for pet sitters
  • Support sitters and assist with coverage when needed
  • Coordinate onboarding and training of new pet sitters
  • Maintain accurate client and sitter records
  • Support general office operations
Required Qualifications
  • 3+ years administrative or office management experience
  • Experience scheduling staff in a service-based business
  • Proficient in Excel, Word, and Gmail
  • Comfortable learning and using scheduling software
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Lives within Buckhead, Brookhaven, or Sandy Springs area
  • Able to work in-office during business hours
Preferred Qualifications
  • Pet industry or service-industry experience
  • Experience onboarding or training new hires
  • Familiarity with Atlanta neighborhoods
  • Social media and AI/ChatGPT experience
Compensation & Benefits
  • $18–$20 per hour (based on experience)
