Are you a dog and cat enthusiast looking for a rewarding job opportunity? Buckhead Pet Pals is currently seeking dedicated individuals to join our team as Pet Sitters. Whether you're a college student, a stay-at-home mom, a retiree, or a freelancer, we have the perfect flexible position for you!

As a Pet Sitter at Buckhead Pet Pals, you'll enjoy the following benefits:

- Competitive pay of $18-$20 per hour, based on a minimum pay of $10 per 30 minute visit.

Responsibilities of a Pet Sitter:

- Drive to clients' homes for each visit
- Ensure the pet is fed and given medication, if required
- Engage in walking/exercising activities with the pets
- Maintain cleanliness by tidying up after the pets
- Maintain open communication with both clients and our office

Skills and Qualifications:

- Passion for animals and genuine love for dogs and cats
- Previous experience in pet care with an understanding animal behavior
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Ability to adapt to a flexible schedule
- Self-motivated and proactive

This position will require the use of a vehicle. Do you have a valid driver's license and do you have a safe, reliable, insured vehicle that is consistently available to you for the purposes of dog walking?*
Are you comfortable walking dogs in the cold, heat and rain?
As pet sitters and dog walkers, our schedules vary week to week and there is a building process on getting clients. We have many full time pet sitters who make a great living. Do you understand this is a building process?
How many years of customer service experience do you have?
How many years of professional or volunteer animal experience do you have?
Can you care for both dogs and cats?

Our most popular service is 30 minutes and what we do is based on each client's needs. Some clients have multiple dogs that need to be walked together and others have litter that needs to be scooped and cats that need brushed. Each client will give instructions on exactly what needs to be done on each visit. Do you understand that this variability is part of being a pet professional?
